Our Services

Print & Play provides custom screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products, including on-site printing at festivals, tournaments, and fundraisers. The Site allows you to browse our gallery, view upcoming events, request a quote, and connect with us to place an order.

Quote Requests Are Not Orders

Submitting a quote request through the Site is not a binding order. A quote request lets us follow up with you to confirm pricing, artwork, garment availability, and turnaround. An order is only confirmed once we’ve agreed on final details, pricing, and payment terms with you directly — by phone, email, text, or in person.

Payment, Deposits, and Cancellations

Payment terms, including any required deposit, will be confirmed with you directly before we begin production on your order. Because many of our orders are tied to a specific event or deadline, please confirm your date-needed as early as possible — orders placed close to an event date may have limited flexibility for changes or cancellation. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at printandplaysports@gmail.com and we’ll work with you on next steps.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

If you provide artwork, logos, or designs for us to print, you confirm that you own the rights to that artwork or have permission to use it, and you grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. You are responsible for making sure your artwork does not infringe on anyone else’s trademark, copyright, or other rights. We reserve the right to decline to print artwork that we believe infringes on third-party rights, is unlawful, or is otherwise inappropriate.

All content on the Site itself — including our logo, photos, and written content — is owned by Print & Play, LLC or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.

Third-Party Supplier Links

The Site links to third-party blank-apparel suppliers (such as SanMar, S&S Activewear, Pennant Sportswear, and Cap America) so you can browse products before requesting a quote. These are independent businesses; we don’t control their sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply once you leave printandplaymaker.com. Print & Play isn’t responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

If you share your phone number with us — through a quote request, our mailing list, or by texting/calling our business line — you may receive text messages related to quote and order updates, appointment or event reminders, missed-call replies, and occasional promotional messages like reorder reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is never required to place an order or use our services.
