How much does a custom order cost?
Pricing depends on the item, print method, quantity, and number of ink colors, so every order gets a quote before anything goes into production. Tell us what you need on the order page and we'll follow up directly with pricing — there's no cost to ask.
Is there a minimum order size?
No set minimum. Print & Play handles one-off pieces and small runs the same as full team orders — tell us roughly how many pieces you need, even if it's still a range.
What's the difference between screen printing and embroidery?
Screen printing pushes ink through a stencil onto the fabric — it's the better choice for large graphics, multiple colors, and soft-hand prints on t-shirts and similar garments. Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric with thread — it holds up longer on high-wear spots like hats and polos and gives a more premium, textured look. Tell us the garment and design and we'll recommend which fits best.
Do I need to supply print-ready artwork?
Not necessarily. Send your design or even just an idea — Print & Play helps prep the artwork and sends a proof to approve before anything prints, so the finished piece matches what you expect.
What garments can you print or embroider on?
T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and more. Blanks can come from Print & Play's trusted supplier partners (SanMar, S&S Activewear, Pennant Sportswear, Cap America), or you can supply your own — bring your design and we'll work with what you've got.
What's the process from request to finished order?
Six steps: tell us what you need and when, we confirm garment/color/quantity/print location details, you review and approve the artwork proof, you approve the final quote and timeline, we print or embroider in-house, and the finished order goes out for pickup, delivery, event handoff, or store fulfillment.
Can Print & Play set up an online store for my team or organization?
Yes — a dedicated online store can be set up for a team, school, or organization to order custom apparel anytime, without a one-off request each time.
Do you print on-site at events?
Yes. Print & Play brings the shop directly to festivals, tournaments, fundraisers, school events, and community events, printing live and on the spot. You can also book a storefront session in person to personalize a design with the team directly.
How do I book Print & Play as a vendor at my event?
Reach out through the contact page or email printandplaysports@gmail.com with your event details, and we'll follow up directly to work out logistics.
